Munchies. We all get them, especially after gaming and streaming sessions. Once the stimuli of all those leet kills are no longer distracting your brain, the hunger kicks in. Worse, when the pains are to the point where they can no longer be ignored, yet you are still in matchmaking, or still doing raids.
Fellow gamers! Banish the post-battle munchies with this crisps remedy: homemade cheese crisps! Forget raiding for snacks—with some prep time, you can slice, air-dry, and bake some cheddar into crunchy perfection. Keto-friendly so your blood won’t transmute into fruit punch, and easier than respawning. It’s snacking level-upped.
All you need is cheese. That’s it. I use cheddar, but any cheese harder than Dark Souls will do.
Cut up the cheese, and leave it out in the air for at least 24 hours. 48-72 hours is ideal.
I am this precise pre-sliced cheddar cheese. If you live in select regions in Canada, Voila too can deliver your food so you never have to stop gaming and touch grass. Affiliate shoutout done.
Then pre-heat the oven to 350F. Bake for 2-5 minutes. These bad boys cook faster than a noob meets a headshot so keep your eyes peeled on the oven timer. Let them cool and tada! Cheese crispies!
Cut them up into cubes for more of a puff, or use the sliced cheese and make something more akin to a cracker! The choice is yours for a gamer snack better for you than Cheetos!
