Of course, the first ingredient is whiskey. This is what gives Bailey its alcohol content. We recommend an Irish Whiskey, like Jameson, however, you can substitute it with any unflavored whiskey.

You also need cream. We recommend Half-n-Half or table cream. The more fat in the milk, the lower the carb count. Half-n-half has 10 grams per 250ml, compared to 13 grams in the same amount of 1%.

Lastly, we need the Irish cream flavouring. There are brands of sugar-free coffee syrup on the market. This recipe uses Matteo’s Irish Cream Coffee Syrup, though an equivalent brand could be used.
